Because of the time and detail that go into custom cookies, there is a minimum order of 2 dozen cookies. Orders must also be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for planning and preparation.
Your order is only official once a down-payment has been made. This allows me to purchase all the fun stuff—cookie cutters, sprinkles, colors, and packaging—and it also locks in your pickup date. Final payment is due two weeks before the pickup date. No payment = no cookies!
Cookies are best when they’re fresh. If you don’t show up for pickup, your order will be donated. Need to change your pickup time? Please let me know at least 5 days ahead so we can reschedule.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds are available since supplies are purchased immediately.
All orders are for pickup only, unless I’ve offered delivery in writing. Pickup times are agreed upon at the time of ordering, so please plan accordingly.
Orders placed within 2 weeks of the pickup date may be subject to a 15% overtime surcharge, if I am able to fit them into my schedule. This fee covers the extra time and resources required to accommodate last-minute requests.
Changes to your order can be made up to two weeks before pickup. After that, I’ll do my best to accommodate requests, but a small fee may apply.
I love seeing your vision! Inspiration pictures help me understand your style, but please know your cookies will be my interpretation—not exact replicas.
If sickness throws a wrench in your plans, don’t worry—I can freeze your cookies for up to 2 weeks so you can enjoy them when you’re feeling better.
I occasionally take photos of orders for my portfolio and social media. If you’d prefer your cookies not be photographed, just let me know when placing your order.
I can’t recreate trademarked characters or logos (think Disney, Marvel, etc.). But I’d be happy to design something with a similar theme or color scheme.
Colors and sizes in photos can look a little different in real life. Lighting, screens, and photo angles may not reflect the exact size or shade of your cookies.
Once cookies leave my hands, they’re your responsibility. Please store them properly—away from heat, moisture, and car doors!
To make sure your cookies are exactly how you want, please respond to my messages within 12 hours. I aim to reply to your questions within 24 hours (though usually much faster!).
All cookies are made in a home kitchen that uses common allergens such as nuts, eggs, dairy, and wheat. While I try to accommodate when possible, allergy-friendly orders are not guaranteed. If needed, I can recommend bakers who specialize in this.
Your cookies are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. Although my space is kept to a high standard, it is not nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, or gluten-free.
Like with all foods, consuming baked goods comes with some risk, including choking hazards, foodborne illness, or allergic reactions. Please enjoy responsibly.
If severe weather prevents pickup, your cookies will be sealed and saved for a later pickup time. Refunds cannot be given due to weather, but freshness will be preserved.
Since each cookie is handmade and customized, bulk discounts are not available. If you have a budget in mind, let me know—I’ll do my best to design something that works.
